3 years ago I was drinking every night - and hiding a lot of it from my husband and kids. I needed a drink promptly at 4pm every day and often stayed up late, drinking alone on the couch, calling it ‘me time’.
I had tried to quit drinking on my own for YEARS, but nothing ever stuck. Because all I was doing was removing alcohol hoping for the best.
